Molasses Crinkles

Molasses Crinkles are a family favorite here in our house. So tasty with their crispy outside and soft chewy middle. I LOVE the spicy smell that fills the house while they are baking! A perfect autumn treat.

Molasses Crinkles
  • 2 1/4 C. Flour
  • 1 C. Sugar, I use organic cane juice crystals
  • 3/4 C. Margarine
  • 1/4 C. Molasses
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 t. Soda
  • 1 t. Cinnamon
  • 1 t. Ginger, I use 1/2t.
  • 1/2 t. Cloves, I use 1/8t.
  • 1/4 C. Sugar
Cream together the margarine, sugar, molasses, egg, and spices. Mix in the flour and soda. Form 1" balls, roll in the 1/4 C. sugar, and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool and ENJOY ♥ Makes about 3 dozen cookies
