I made mini apple pies (recipe here) today for Jaden's birthday ~ So yummy! They are a little more work than a regular pie, but it was fun to do something special for him. Why is it that tiny things taste so much better? Just love this time of year and all the delicious apple treats... so glad all the applesauce is done and now we can just eat fresh apples and make yummy goodies!!!

Your mini pies look yummy --- I just printed a recipe off of Pinterest for Salted Caramel Apple Pies done like this -- wanting to make them tonight!
